Healing Inner Connectivity, Relationships & Systems Healing Inner Connectivity, Relationships & Systems

I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. My work with support seekers centers on unburdening from external & internal barriers and on fostering liberation through being your most authentic Self

VALUES & APPROACH

At its best, therapy utilizes collaboration and safety, meaning the client has a right to both be a consenting recipient and an active participant within the therapeutic relationship. My role as a therapist is to act as an activist that makes therapy political, which means more safe and equitable for all persons — of all identities. Also, I seek to serve as a guide for those I support — tackling inner and outer barriers to wellness.

Mental health services belong to all people, no matter their socioeconomic background, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity. Everyone and anyone can benefit from being authentically seen and heard. I do not claim therapy as THE answer, but an aid to wrestle with the right questions.

We too often think of systems as outside us, as a place we travel to, work at, and then leave. But systems work through us; they show up in relationships, be they professional, educational, financial, political, or religious. This means that our emotional work can contribute to structural change.

I’d Love to Be a Part of Your Journey

Healing isn’t often about becoming someone else, it’s about taking courageous action to become more like yourself. But no one achieves this in isolation.

Individual Healing

For those desiring help with managing their own growth and inner conflict. Individual therapy would work best for depressive episodes,
life transitions, identity transition/clarification, and trauma. Here, you are at the center of the care.

Relational Healing

This service is best for those seeking help with bettering their relationships and connections; the focus being on identifying attachment ruptures and repair. Examples of this include parent-child attachment work, partner/relationship therapy, and mending intergenerational trauma.

Communal Healing

Groups and organizations can employ me as a guide for empowering, inclusive, and nurturing facilitation. Additionally, I serve as a public speaker and trainer to educate and equip your collective in relational work and impact.

DON’T LET THEM MAKE ENEMY OF YOUR EMOTIONS. YOUR LAUGHTER WAKES UP THE SUN. YOUR WAILS SHAKE FRUIT FROM TREES. AND STILL, IF THEY DID NOTHING AT ALL...RECLAIM YOURSELF. FEEL WHAT YOU FEEL.
